Met with Balanced Behaviors this spring after some concern by residents near me was raised about my dog. He is a large hound with a loud bark. At the time, he had a tendency to bark aggressively or lunge at or people on walks which was obviously concerning.
Him being a rescue, it was something I was struggling to remedy in my own so I reached out to Natessa. After a phone call and consult, we began working and results were immediate.
The training was as much for my understanding of why my dog was behaving the way he was, rather than how I could ‘correct’ his behaviour. It’s a process to remedy many things in life and dog training with a dog who has been traumatized is no different. It’s a journey and one Natessa was destined to lead for humans and their companions.
